Refunds are only possible if the project has not started or if a payment was made by mistake or duplicated.

Delivery timelines depend on the project type and complexity. Revisions are limited based on the package or agreement, and extra revisions or major changes may incur additional charges. We will inform you of any delays caused by unavoidable circumstances.

All project files, designs, and content remain the property of Grybit Solutions until full payment is made. After the final payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise stated. Grybit Solutions may showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless the client requests otherwise.

We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, data loss from third-party platforms, delays caused by the client, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Some services rely on third-party tools such as hosting providers or payment gateways; we are not responsible for issues arising from these external platforms.

We reserve the right to deny service, suspend or terminate a project, or restrict website access if any terms are violated or if unprofessional behavior occurs. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
