1. Services Overview
Grybit provides digital growth services including Website Design & Development, Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Meta Advertising for medical clinics, doctors, restaurants, and salons across the UK and Pakistan.
2. Client Obligations & Compliance
Clients agree to provide timely content approvals, access to necessary accounts, and accurate clinic/business details. Clients operating medical/aesthetic practices remain responsible for verifying medical qualifications and regulatory compliance (GMC, ASA, CQC guidelines).
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Monthly service subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each service period. Project-based work (e.g. Website Development) requires an initial deposit prior to project commencement. Ad spend on Meta platforms is paid directly by the client to Meta.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of invoice fees, clients own all final website code, graphic assets, and approved social media content produced specifically for their brand during the engagement.
